Summary:
The Revenue Operations Analyst will provide end-to-end operations support to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams within ZipRecruiter with a key focus of enforcing rules of engagement and ensuring systems and processes are working as intended. Core responsibilities include fielding internal requests from stakeholders and contributing to process and systems improvements in pursuit of ZipRecruiter’s ambitious goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of all ZipRecruiter’s product offerings and internal sales procedures and rules of engagement
- Triage issues reported by the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success departments
- Provide day to day support of all things related to Salesforce accounts & books of business
- Develop reports and dashboards to support the delivery of business key metrics
- Maintain documentation of common problems and solutions to enable quick ticket resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize processes, playbooks, toolkits, and other resources that improve efficiencies.
- Assist with various projects and tasks, including system customizations, support, trainings, and data management for Salesforce and other Revenue Operations applications
- Regularly create, update and publish process documentation for sales
- Work cross-functionally with CRM IT team to execute technology changes.
- Partner with team members to build out and optimize processes to enable our sales teams to increase productivity
- Assist with implementation and administration of Revenue Operations tools ensuring stakeholders have the tools they need to succeed by evaluating usage and capability of the tools currently in use
- Work closely with leadership to identify the opportunities, develop an action plan, monitor execution, and report outperformance
- Working with marketing to support sales teams with top of funnel and lead nurturing campaigns
- Train new and existing team members on our processes and technologies
- Work with peers and leadership to develop organizational goals
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Sales / Revenue Operations experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated performance in Sales / Revenue Operations role
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft / G-Suite applications
- Technologically adept with Salesforce.com experience (certification(s), a plus).
- Highly self-motivated with a consistent track record to act resourcefully and meet deadlines.
- Steadfast focus on problem solving and process improvement.
- Exceptional at working as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and comfort speaking in groups
- Detail-oriented, organized, and strong time-management skills
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to feedback, and work in a rapidly changing environment
- Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with customers and colleagues
- Listens patiently, probing for and clarifying to get necessary details
- Excellent problem-solving skills working in ambiguity and limited direction
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in the recruitment advertising or SaaS spaces
- Experience with Revenue Operations platforms (Salesforce or other CRM, Pardot, Outreach, Gong, Gainsight, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator)
- Experience supporting technology / process improvement initiatives
- Experience executing strategic projects

The US base pay for this full-time position is $72,500.00 USD - $100,000.00 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.
Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
