Compensation for this role is 22/hr and there is a 40 hour work week guarantee (ie $45,760 annual). Does that pay rate meet your expectations?

The shift that we're hiring for right now is the 11:00 ET to 8:00 p.m. ET shift. You're guaranteed an 8 hour shift and 40 hours a week. We have quarterly sign-ups for weekends, and you'll typically work 1 weekend shift a month. If you work on the weekend you'll get an additional day off during the week (2 days off a week). If you work on one of the 8 company holidays that we work you will be paid time and a half and you'll receive an extra day of PTO to use at a different time. Are you comfortable with that?
