The Marketing Operations team supports marketing functions across the organization. You’ll play a critical role in helping to grow our lifecycle marketing program. Your Day to Day Is…
● Build, test, and deploy email campaigns in platforms such as Marketo and Braze, ensuring high-quality execution and flawless delivery
● Manage audience segmentation and list uploads based on campaign requirements and behavioral/demographic data
● Perform rigorous QA on all email assets, including content proofing, link validation, and dynamic content testing
● Set up campaign tracking parameters and assist in monitoring performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, etc.)
● Collaborate closely with lifecycle, creative, and analytics teams to execute campaigns on time and aligned with brand standards
● Help maintain the health of our marketing databases by supporting list hygiene and contact management practices.
● Building marketing campaigns end-to-end, primarily through email and in product channels
● Coding new HTML emails from design files
● Thinking critically about audience segmentation and campaign performance & to ensure that the campaign setup matches the goals in the campaign briefs
● Building reports/performing analysis
● Participating in meetings with project stakeholders
● Executing ad hoc and short-term project initiatives

You’d be Successful in This Role if You Have…
● A Bachelor’s degree from a top tier institution with a minimum of 60% in 10th/12th/ graduation
● 1-3 years of work experience
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Strong attention to detail and comfort with Q/A processes
● Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
● Data-orientation: Understanding which data is relevant, asking the right questions, and data literacy
● Advanced proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
● Independent problem-solving capabilities
● Experience in a previous marketing operations/production role is preferred
● Experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, Braze, Mailgun preferred
