About the Job:
The Senior Manager/Director of Talent Acquisition will report to the VP of People Strategy and be responsible for leading the development and execution of a global recruitment strategy that aligns with the company's growth goals. This role is central to enhancing the employer brand, attracting top-tier talent, and building future-ready human capital capabilities. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on—carrying a requisition load while leading, coaching, and scaling a high-performing team. Success in this role hinges on innovation, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Strategic Talent Acquisition & Scalable Growth
- Design and optimize scalable recruitment strategies aligned with business growth.
- Engineer agile recruitment frameworks that evolve with the company’s pace and priorities.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
- Prepare for market shifts by developing proactive recruitment strategies that mitigate risk.
Technology Integration & Process Optimization
- Enhance our ATS to unlock its full potential, ensuring seamless integration with HRIS, LinkedIn, and vendor platforms.
- Leverage advanced technology and data tools to improve hiring efficiency and insight.
- Ensure full compliance with global labor laws and regulations, integrating best practices across systems.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyze recruitment performance data to uncover trends, optimize workflows, and guide strategy.
- Share meaningful metrics and insights with senior leadership to inform talent decisions and drive results.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to proactively adapt sourcing strategies.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Champion our employer brand to showcase what sets us apart in the talent marketplace.
- Design sourcing initiatives that attract diverse, high-impact talent across markets.
- Elevate the candidate journey with engaging, feedback-driven, and memorable interview experiences.
- Continuously enhance candidate engagement based on insights and experience metrics.
Team Leadership & Enablement
- Inspire and motivate the team by setting bold goals, celebrating achievements, and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Serve as a hands-on leader by carrying a quota of roles and modeling recruitment best practices.
- Lead innovative training workshops to develop cutting-edge skills across the team.
- Promote a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement in all recruiting practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Alignment
- Maintain strong business acumen to align talent acquisition with broader company objectives.
- Partner with HR to design integrated strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.
- Collaborate across teams to embed human capital strategies into every phase of the employee lifecycle.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with industry influencers and sourcing networks to expand reach.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- 3-5 years global TA experience
- Proven expertise in developing global recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
- Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance across various countries
- Proficiency in analytics tools and applicant tracking systems for data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate recruitment challenges
- Relevant certifications include SHRM-CP, PHR, Talent Acquisition Certification, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification, and Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter
