About the Job
The Product Analyst is a key member of the R&D team, serving as the subject matter expert (SME) across internal and customer-facing teams. The primary objective of this role is to enable product scalability and deepen product–market fit by representing the voice of the customer and translating market-specific needs into actionable insights. This is a customer-centric and high-impact role, ideal for someone who is proactive, curious, and highly organized. You'll bridge strategy and execution by pairing customer insight with technical understanding to shape product direction, improve onboarding, and influence go-to-market success. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, Professional Services, and customers to ensure our product not only meets compliance and local market requirements but also delivers tangible customer value with minimal customization.
Responsibilities

Partner with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize market-specific needs

Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and test cases to ensure delivery aligns with customer expectations

Validate logic, calculations, and workflows for assigned market(s)

Collaborate with Professional Services to improve onboarding speed and reduce implementation friction

Act as SME during release cycles – reviewing features, acceptance criteria, and edge cases

Maintain strong understanding of product–market fit; continuously inform how we scale in each market

Own local compliance knowledge – ensuring audit readiness and regulatory adherence

Equip Sales with insights and tools tailored for your region’s go-to-market success

Create and maintain internal and external knowledge assets: demos, videos, onboarding guides, and articles

Identify implementation bottlenecks and design scalable process improvements

Interview customers and Professional Services teams to surface technical gaps and influence roadmap priorities

Track local compliance changes and translate into actionable product requirements

Analyze usage data to validate feature effectiveness and flag over-customization trends

Maintain and manage demo environments for Sales and R&D testing

Collaborate with Product Marketing to tailor messaging to the local ICP

Represent the company in industry and regulatory forums to stay ahead of market shifts
Qualifications

5+ years of subject matter experience in your assigned field or market

Strong working knowledge of NetSuite – from implementation, usage, or administration

Deep understanding of local compliance requirements in your market or vertical

Exceptional documentation skills – able to clearly communicate with technical and non-technical audiences

Familiarity with NetSuite custom records, fields, forms, and workflows

Excellent communication skills – comfortable interfacing with customers, engineers, and executives

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred (other relevant certifications acceptable)
- Bonus: Experience identifying scalable processes and reducing onboarding time from scratch
