About the Job:
Zone is looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Director of Strategic Alliances to lead our partner ecosystem across the EMEA region (and potentially APAC). This is a high-impact role within our growing Channel & Alliances team, where you’ll be responsible for recruiting new partners, expanding existing relationships, and elevating Zone’s presence within the NetSuite and ERP landscape.
You’ll lead a team of alliance managers and act as a key cross-functional connector between Sales, Product, Marketing, and Client Success. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Scale Partnerships: Own Zone’s partner and alliance strategy across EMEA, with potential expansion into APAC

Drive Revenue & Pipeline: Create and manage joint sales initiatives, co-selling strategies, and partner incentive programs

Build the Ecosystem: Develop relationships with NetSuite alliance partners, solution providers, private equity firms, and complementary tech vendors

Enable Partner Success: Build onboarding, enablement, and support frameworks to ensure long-term partner growth and satisfaction

Act as Brand Evangelist: Represent Zone at ecosystem events, conferences, and partner meetings across the region

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Align with internal teams to ensure partner programs support GTM, product, and customer success priorities

Mentor & Manage: Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of alliance professionals

Implement Scalable Infrastructure: Establish processes, governance models, and performance tracking systems for partner programs

Shape Strategy: Define regional priorities, influence product roadmap with partner insights, and align partnership plans with global objectives

Track & Report: Set clear KPIs and revenue targets, ensuring measurable growth from partner initiatives
Requirements
-
5+ years of experience in strategic alliances, channel partnerships, or partner sales — ideally within SaaS, ERP, or FinTech
-
Proven track record of building and scaling partner programs that drive revenue and market expansion

Strong understanding of the NetSuite ecosystem or broader ERP landscape (P2P, O2C, FP&A, billing, RevRec, etc.)

Leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects

Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills — especially at the executive level

Ability to build scalable systems, processes, and governance models for long-term success

Experience with partner enablement, joint sales planning, and co-marketing initiatives

Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments that require agility and strategic thinking

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
