About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Director to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Zone&Co's Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) product suite. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining the future of how Zone&Co enables businesses to automate their full quote-to-cash lifecycle: quoting, managing complex subscription and consumption billing models, account receivable automation, payments.

This role requires a deep understanding of corporate financial operations, specifically the nuances of quoting, complex billing (e.g., usage-based, subscription),account receivables, payments, and the integration points between these critical processes within an ERP environment like NetSuite. You must possess a keen ability to translate complex financial workflows into intuitive, scalable software solutions that drive efficiency and reduce manual effort for our customers.

In This Role, You Will:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and communicate a compelling, actionable product strategy and vision for the Quote-to-Cash suite, ensuring alignment with Zone & Co.’s business objectives and market opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Mentor, inspire, and empower a diverse team of product managers, product analysts,, and cross-functional stakeholders, cultivating a culture of innovation, design excellence, and high performance.
• Product Roadmap Ownership: Architect and execute a scalable roadmap, ensuring seamless integration of procurement and payment workflows and delivering measurable value to customers.
• Market and Customer Insight Synthesis: Guide the synthesis of customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence into product direction and prioritization.
• Collaboration: Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to ensure cohesive product delivery and successful go-to-market strategies.

What You’ll Need:

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Product Management within FinTech, Enterprise SaaS, or Financial Operations software, with a direct focus on Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Account Receivables Automation, and/or Complex Billing/Subscription Management.
• Deep Domain Expertise: In-depth understanding of the full Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, best practices in billing, AR workflows, payments, reporting and compliance requirements.
• ERP Acumen: Strong understanding of ERP systems and financial processes. Direct experience with Oracle NetSuite (either as a user, consultant, or product manager for a NetSuite-integrated solution) is a significant advantage.
• Technical Fluency: Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers, understand API capabilities, and grasp the nuances of building scalable, secure financial software and integrating deeply with a core ERP.
• Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to analyze complex market data, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to define winning product strategies and prioritize effectively for maximum business impact.
• Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences (technical, business, executive).
• Execution Focus: A strong track record of successfully bringing complex Q2C or Billing software products from conception to launch and driving adoption in enterprise environments.
• Agile Proficiency: Experience working in agile development environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CPM, CMA) a plus.
