Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.

We're looking for an experienced Manager, Renewals to join our Renewals team in Japan. Reporting to the Director, Renewals APJ, you'll be responsible for:

  • Documenting renewals activities in Salesforce, preparing accurate reports and forecasts, managing pipeline and performing other tasks necessary to drive renewals revenue and communicate activities to renewals leadership
  • Carrying a quota (annual/quarterly) for Renewals and uplift/upsell revenue
  • Managing all renewals and working with Customer Success to identify opportunities for increased ARR, including: quotes (with annual uplift/coterminous values), multi-year upsell, product cross-sells
  • Delivering quarterly business reports to Sales Management on the health and engagement status of renewals
  • Participating in calls into existing customers and channel partners, engaging in Zscaler value sell to maintain a strong renewals pipeline

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 

  • Experience with ISP Channel partners and a solid understanding of a channel-centric go-to-market approach
  • A proven background of at least 1-2 years in SaaS renewals: either Internet and Security technologies (such as SWG, Sandboxing, Firewall, DLP, and VPNs) or Network transformation technologies (such as MPLS, SD-WAN or WAN Optimization).
  • Good understanding of Security fundamentals such as Firewalls, Proxies and Web Security Gateways
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Japanese plus good business English
