We're looking for a Sr Manager/Director to be part of our SRE Global Observability Platform Team. Reporting to the Director, Software Engineering, you'll be responsible for:

  • Defining and executing the global observability strategy, aligning with business and engineering goals
  • Establishing a vision for full-stack observability, ensuring reliability, performance, and security across all services
  • Collaborating with senior leadership, SRE, DevOps, Security, and Product teams to define priorities and roadmap

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Over 12+ years of experience in SRE, Observability, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering, with proven leadership in managing large-scale observability platforms and leading globally teams
  • Drive adoption and implementation of OpenTelemetry, Kloudfuse, Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack, QuickHouse, OpenSearch, and other observability tools
  • Design and implement real-time monitoring, alerting, and telemetry solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues, while standardizing logging, metrics, and tracing for a unified view of system health and performance
  • Experience with Data Lake and Data Analytics, Ops/Eng/executive Dashboards for Service Health and outcomes
  • Build and scale automated solutions for incident response, self-healing mechanisms, and anomaly detection

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Deep expertise in AI/ML-driven operational intelligence and AIOps platforms
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack, OpenSearch, Kloudfuse
  • Experience with Kubernetes (GKE/EKS), microservices, and cloud-native architectures
