We’re looking for a Senior Staff, Cybersecurity Third Party Risk Management professional to join our growing cybersecurity team, operating remotely within the United States. Reporting to the Director of Security Strategy, Transformation & Vendor Risk Management, you will be responsible for:
- Managing enhancements to the cybersecurity Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program, focusing on defining and implementing future-state processes and managing related projects.
- Developing policies, procedures, controls, and vendor questionnaires, while implementing vendor-provided solutions
- Monitoring regulatory and industry standard changes, addressing internal and external audit findings to ensure vendor due diligence processes remain compliant
- Preparing security risk rating metrics and periodic reports summarizing risk assessments, potential issues, and mitigation actions, and escalating risks as necessary
- Supporting the execution of third-party vendor risk assessments to evaluate security controls and compliance, and contributing to responses involving cybersecurity incidents
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- At least 7 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT roles, including program/project management, risk management, vendor risk assessments, incident response, or security operations
- Proven ability to manage global teams and lead improvement initiatives in cybersecurity, technology, or regulatory programs with hands on experience in requirements gathering and risk analysis
- Experience ensuring compliance with cybersecurity rules and regulations and assessing the maturity of security controls. Familiarity with common cybersecurity frameworks and regulations such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC2, and GDPR.
- Experience in collaborating and communicating with stakeholders across all levels and teams in multiple geographies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex risk assessment, threat modeling scenarios, and remediation of vulnerabilities
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Demonstrated expertise in Governance, Risk and Compliance & cybersecurity remediation programs, especially in internal or external audit response scenarios
- Proven ability to assess and mitigate cybersecurity/IT control risks within highly regulated industries, such as financial services, maintaining alignment with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
Base Pay Range
$136,500 - $195,000 USD
