We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager, People Services, EMEA to up-level our team operations and optimise employee and candidate experiences. Reporting to the Director, People Services, this hybrid role is based in London, UK, with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and you will be responsible for:
- Leading the EMEA People Services team’s HR operations across onboarding, lifecycle events, and off boarding workflows while implementing regional improvements
- Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders including HR Systems, IT, and Finance to scale tools and processes focused on automation and simplification
- Providing employee-focused analytics to monitor service health and inform decision-making
- Mentoring team members within a tiered-service delivery model to improve execution, cost efficiency, and compliance
- Designing and advocating for change management plans supporting continuous service evolution
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Leadership experience in HR operations or similar, including management of regional teams
- Strong partnership experience across HR tools, compliance, analytics, and systems modernisation
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritise outcome-driven improvements
- Exceptional communication skills, synthesising updates and fostering buy-ins across multidisciplinary groups
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Proficiency in global HRIS or service desk technology, such as Workday and ServiceNow
- Fluency in balancing cost versus experience initiatives at scale
- Strong instincts in customer experience delivery and shared resource allocation
