We are seeking a Director of Global CXO Programs to join our Global CXO Programs team. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global CXO Programs, you will be responsible for:
- Driving the strategy, planning, and execution of global executive programs, including CXO Summits, customer advisory boards, and specialized events
- Building and nurturing impactful relationships with C-level customers to elevate Zscaler’s position as a trusted advisor
- Leading cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Product, and leadership teams to align priorities and deliver exceptional executive experiences
- Managing end-to-end event logistics, tailored content, executive speaker preparation, and follow-up strategy
- Developing and iterating on best practices to maximize customer engagement and program impact
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 8+ years of relevant experience in high-touch executive programs or C-level engagements
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in diverse formats and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience delivering high-quality programming both independently and collaboratively in global teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Willingness to travel internationally and collaborate across EMEA and APJ regions

- Experience driving the strategy, planning, and execution of global executive programs, including CXO Summits, customer advisory boards, and specialized events
- Demonstrated expertise in driving measurable business outcomes through executive-level programming
- Exceptional skills in managing external speakers for global events

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
Base Pay Range
$168,000 - $240,000 USD
