We are looking for a Senior Partner Program Manager, Growth & Acceleration to join our channel and alliances team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Partner Programs, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and executing partner acceleration initiatives to improve partner performance and reduce time-to-value across their lifecycle
- Managing end-to-end strategic projects and cross-functional launches, including new program rollouts, NPIs, and business enhancements aligned to KPIs successful execution against timelines, milestones, and KPIs
- Acting as the primary liaison across channel, product, and go-to-market teams to ensure partner readiness and develop repeatable frameworks for launch and enablement
- Aligning internal and external stakeholders and measure program performance, using partner metrics and executive reporting to track success
- Driving partner advocacy and revenue acceleration with continuous improvement, incorporating feedback to refine onboarding, engagement, and scalability efforts
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 5+ years of experience in partner programs, enablement, or channel-related roles within B2B tech (SaaS, cybersecurity, etc.)
- Proven track record in running complex, cross-functional partner programs and GTM initiatives
- Strong knowledge of partner ecosystems including ISVs, GSIs, CSPs, resellers, and distributors
- Skilled in project management with tools like Salesforce, Asana, PRMs, and analytics platforms
- Demonstrated ability to develop systems and processes that support scalable partner growth
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience launching and scaling partner programs as part of a broader portfolio
- Background in partner enablement or co-marketing initiatives
- PMP or equivalent certification in project management

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
Base Pay Range
$148,750 - $175,000 USD
