We're looking for an experienced and innovative Sr. Manager, Employee Experience and Transformation to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping a world-class employee experience. You will drive connected, scalable solutions across human, digital, workspace, and lifecycle programs, ensuring every initiative reflects our people-first principles and strategic goals.

- Program Design & Leadership: Design and lead large-scale employee experience programs from strategy to execution. You will own complex, cross-functional projects aimed at improving the employee journey at a global scale.
- Change Leadership & Adoption: Champion the "people side" of change for all key initiatives. You will create and implement strategies that secure stakeholder buy-in, build a network of change agents, and embed new behaviors and ways of working into our culture to ensure our programs have a lasting impact.
- Build Our Future-Ready Strategy: Develop and champion a comprehensive employee experience strategy that is both data-informed and forward-looking. You will translate internal metrics, employee feedback, and external trends into innovative programs that create a best-in-class workplace.
- Cross-Functional Partnership & Communication: Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners across the organization. Create and deliver compelling narratives and communications that connect our EE initiatives to our organizational vision.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 8+ years of combined experience in program/project management, with a clear focus on employee experience, workplace strategy, or organizational change.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development) or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated success designing and executing large-scale, cross-functional programs from initial concept through to completion and measurement.
- Proven ability to use data and employee feedback to identify critical problems and build scalable, impactful solutions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience successfully influencing and aligning senior leaders and both technical and non-technical teams.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Professional certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci), project management (e.g., PMP, Agile), or HR (e.g., SHRM).
- Experience within a high-growth, global technology organization.
- Deep understanding of future-of-work trends, including hybrid work models, AI in the workplace, and digital employee experience platforms.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
Base Pay Range
$147,000 - $210,000 USD
