We are looking for a Product Support Engineer III to join our Customer Success team. Reporting to the Manager, Product Support, you will be responsible for:

  • Diagnosing and resolving customer issues within SLA while supporting the technical aspects of the onboarding process for new customers
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using Zendesk
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues while becoming a product expert and staying updated on new features.
  • Identifying and write internal and external technical articles or knowledge-based entries, like typical troubleshooting steps, workarounds or best practices

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 5 years of  practical experience in cybersecurity  with a bachelor's degree in information technology, industrial engineering, computer science, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a creative approach to problem solving
  • Programming experience in one of the following languages: Python/JS
  • Experience in data modelling methodologies and advanced SQL knowledge

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Willing to work in the US time zone
  • Familiarity with cyber security products (SIEM, vulnerability assessment tools, etc.)
