We’re looking for an experienced Principal Solutions Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Director, Field Specialists – Cloud, this role will have a direct impact on sales and the product roadmap for the Zero Trust Networking portfolio. You will be responsible for: 

  • Serving as the technical expert for Zero Trust (ZT) Networking in Cloud environments, focusing on AWS, Azure, and GCP 
  • Collaborating with sales and engineering teams to provide technical insights that influence the product roadmap 
  • Leading conversations about Zero Trust Networking trends, strategies, and deployment with customers at all organizational levels 
  • Supporting customer Proof-of-Value engagements, in collaboration with Solution Engineers, demonstrating Zscaler’s unique value proposition 
  • Providing competitive insights and positioning Zscaler solutions as the best alternative 

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent certifications/experience 
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Business Development, or Technical Sales 
  • Hands-on expertise in security, networking, and applications, with practical experience on at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP 
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to engage with diverse audiences, from practitioners to executives 
  • Fluent in English and German

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) 

  • Familiarity with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Private Access (ZPA) 
  • Experience delivering cloud-based solutions or working within Zero Trust frameworks 
  • Previous engagement in influencing product strategy or providing directional inputs for product roadmaps
