Role

We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join and lead our Cloud Browser Isolation Product Team. This is a Hybrid role reporting to the Director, Software Engineering. You will lead the Cloud Browser Isolation team within an engineering organization that built the world’s largest cloud security platform. Bringing your vision and passion to our team of experts, you will enable organizations worldwide to harness speed and agility with a cloud-first strategy while managing the delivery of highly scalable security services.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

  • Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 software engineers while managing performance and personal career progression plans

  • Drive critical product and roadmap initiatives for the Cloud Browser Isolation team

  • Ensure high-quality outputs across the entire lifecycle, from initial feature development to long-term system reliability

  • Oversee capacity planning and resource allocation to ensure predictable and efficient delivery

  • Act as a technical leader ensuring the team’s contributions align with our global multitenant architecture goals

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 8+ years of professional experience in software development and delivery

  • 2+ years of experience building, leading, managing, and mentoring high-performance engineering teams

  • Hands-on experience working with Chromium

  • Technical proficiency with C++, Kubernetes, and Distributed Systems
