We are seeking highly skilled and experienced DevSecOps engineers to join our team. You will be reporting to the Manager, IT Cloud Operations. You will be responsible for:
- Designing and maintaining cloud security controls, automating compliance enforcement, and conducting risk assessments to address vulnerabilities in cloud architectures
- Collaborating with DevOps to secure CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure security with IaC tools, and enabling automated incident detection and response
- Monitoring cloud environments to identify threats and ensure compliance, enforcing security standards, and performing audits with compliance dashboards
- Designing secure architectures to reduce attack surfaces, enforcing IAM policies, and staying updated on emerging threats and security features
- Developing incident response playbooks, collaborating on disaster recovery, and aligning security controls by guiding developers and reviewing code for risks
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) with 3+ years in cloud security, DevOps, or SecDevOps roles across AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proficiency in cloud security tools, IaC tools like Terraform/CloudFormation, and automation with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles (IAM, encryption, key management, network security) and hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., ELK Stack, Splunk, DataDog), SIEM solutions, and relevant certifications like AWS Security or Azure Security Engineer are a plus
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with zero-trust architectures and governance frameworks (e.g., Well-Architected Framework, PCI-DSS, GDPR)
- Strong problem-solving skills and expertise in troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Hands-on experience using Cloud Custodian
