We're looking for an experienced Principal Product Specialist to join our ZDX team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Specialist - ZDX, you will:
- Serve as the local expert on ZDX for customers, sales teams, and identify growth opportunities while building the product pipeline
- Lead and support customer Proof-of-Value (PoV) projects, demonstrating our unique value
- Present ZDX strategy, vision, architecture, and deployment to customers at all levels, from helpdesk practitioners to CIOs
- Discuss industry trends, competitive offers, and emerging security landscape changes relevant to workload communications
- Participate in beta testing of new features and provide product updates and enhancement training to technical sales and architects
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 7+ years of experience including Cybersecurity and/or Digital Experience Monitoring
- Proficiency in DEM (Digital Experience Monitoring) or Network and Endpoint Monitoring
- Deep understanding of Internet and Network protocols (such as TCP, UDP, HTTP, DNS, and/or SSL) and technologies like Proxies, Firewall and/or VPN based security stack
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or other related fields (or equivalent experience)
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- 10+ years of relevant experience and certification in CISSP, CCSP, CCIE, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of identity systems and protocols (e.g., ADFS, SAML, SCIM) and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Experience in selling or deploying Digital Experience Monitoring products

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
Base Pay Range
$164,500 - $235,000 USD
