At Zscaler, our Customer Success Organization is a global, customer-focused team dedicated to delivering high-impact experiences and identifying innovative solutions. We leverage valuable data and research to provide expert, hands-on support starting from the implementation phase and beyond, ensuring customers achieve their goals and leverage our technology to its fullest potential. We're looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our Professional Services team. You will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Professional Services and Consulting, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with clients and internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables during the onboarding process
  • Designing tailored solutions by understanding clients’ unique business requirements, challenges, and objectives
  • Serving as a trusted expert to guide clients through technical decisions and solution trade-offs during workshops and discovery phases
  • Identifying opportunities for customization and integration, and ensuring successful implementation with internal teams
  • Providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Solution/Technical Architect within the SaaS industry
  • Knowledge of risk-based security assessments and frameworks
  • Experience in designing and delivering end-to-end solutions, including customizations and integrations
  • Proficiency in data modeling methodologies and advanced SQL knowledge

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • 3+ years of experience within the cybersecurity field with an understanding of the cybersecurity landscape
  • Familiarity with cloud fundamentals, including network architecture and related terminology
  • Strong experience in data management, ETL processes, and integration strategies
