Role
We are looking for a GTM Strategic Program Director to join our team. This is a hybrid role based in San Jose, reporting to the VP Revenue Strategy & Operations within the Revenue Strategy & Operations department.
The GTM Strategic Program Director is a specialized resource responsible for leading, coordinating, and managing high-impact GTM programs designed to increase field productivity. You will collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to execute critical GTM initiatives, including developing best practices for deal structuring, operational execution frameworks, and supporting specialized initiatives like customer promotions and spiffs to accelerate revenue.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Serve as the primary GTM program lead focused on initiatives to increase productivity and accelerate growth while partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Pricing, and Deal Desk to manage timelines and deliverables
- Partner with IT and GTM Business Capabilities teams to integrate and automate applicable components of identified programs and processes to drive efficiency and scale
- Define and implement a clear, customer-facing process for initiating product swaps, ensuring seamless internal process integration and alignment with channel partners
- Develop and deliver high-value content focused on deal structuring education, including negotiation strategies and comprehensive business process training collateral for the field
- Collaborate with Sales leadership and Compensation teams to design SPIFF programs and establish data-driven frameworks to accurately measure the health and ROI of GTM programs
Who You Are (Success Profile)
- You thrive in ambiguity. You're comfortable building the path as you walk it. You thrive in a dynamic environment, seeing ambiguity not as a hindrance, but as the raw material to build something meaningful.
- You act like an owner. Your passion for the mission fuels your bias for action. You operate with integrity because you genuinely care about the outcome. You adapt to what’s needed, navigating seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- You are a high-trust collaborator. You are ambitious for the team, not just yourself. You embrace our challenge culture by giving and receiving ongoing feedback—knowing that candor delivered with clarity and respect is the truest form of teamwork and the fastest way to earn trust.
- You operate with urgency. You understand that in a high-growth environment, speed and quality are not mutually exclusive. You have a relentless focus on execution and a bias for action, delivering high-impact results quickly to win for the customer and the team.
- You think at scale. You connect your day-to-day work to the larger company mission and think globally. You build solutions, processes, and teams that are not just effective today but are built to last and support a high-growth, global organization.
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Operations, Strategy, or Program Management, ideally within a high-growth Enterprise SaaS environment
- Proven ability to build, drive, and implement new frameworks and processes by collaborating effectively with all levels of the organization and cross-functional teams
- Highly analytical and process-oriented mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo to set new strategic and operational direction
- Deep working knowledge of the sales cycle, partner/channel models, variable compensation plans, and deal structuring
- Strong business acumen and communication skills, with the capability to build compelling narratives and present recommendations to executive leadership
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Proven ability to translate complex strategic objectives into measurable, executable outcomes
- Advanced financial modeling capabilities to drive ROI and establish data-driven frameworks that support executive decision making
