Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Web Content Writer to join our Web team, reporting to our SEO/AEO and Web Content leader. This role creates, optimizes, and maintains high-quality website content that drives organic growth and supports our go-to-market strategy. You’ll blend clear, credible technical writing with SEO/AEO best practices—turning complex topics into accessible narratives optimized for SEO and AEO to perform across search and AI-driven experiences.

You’ll collaborate closely with web engineers, designers, SEO/AEO and analytics partners, and product/growth marketing to ship content that performs. English is the primary language, but given our global platform, experience supporting multilingual and translated content is a must.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

  • Create and optimize web content (pages, blogs, solution content, resources) aligned to priority keywords, search intent, and topic clusters.
  • Partner with SEO/AEO and analytics to improve performance through on-page best practices (internal linking, metadata, accessibility basics, structured content/schema where applicable) and ongoing iteration.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SMEs, product/growth marketing, UX/design, and engineering to ensure technical accuracy, clarity, and on-brand messaging.
  • Refresh and maintain existing content by auditing key pages, updating for product/market changes, and sustaining quality aligned to Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness (E-E-A-T).
  • Use AI responsibly for ideation, outlines, and early drafts—then refine for accuracy, tone, originality, and compliance.

Who You Are (Success Profile)

  • You act like an owner. Your passion for the mission fuels your bias for action. You operate with integrity because you genuinely care about the outcome. True ownership involves leveraging dynamic range: the ability to navigate seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
  • You are a problem-solver. You love running towards the challenges because you are laser-focused on finding the solution, knowing that solving the hard problems delivers the biggest impact.
  • You are a high-trust collaborator. You are ambitious for the team, not just yourself. You embrace our challenge culture by giving and receiving ongoing feedback—knowing that candor delivered with clarity and respect is the truest form of teamwork and the fastest way to earn trust.
  • You are driven by innovation. You have a deep curiosity for how things work and are energized by solving complex technical challenges. You believe in the power of technology to accelerate transformation and are always looking for a better, more secure, and scalable way.
  • You think at scale. You connect your day-to-day work to the larger company mission and think globally. You build solutions, processes, and teams that are not just effective today but are built to last and support a high-growth, global organization.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 3+ years of web/content writing experience (SaaS/B2B tech preferred; cybersecurity a plus).
  • Proven understanding of SEO and AEO, including search intent and content structuring for discovery and engagement.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills; able to adapt voice for different audiences and funnel stages.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to augment workflow while maintaining rigorous quality control.
  • Experience working with multilingual content workflows (translation/localization collaboration).

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Familiarity with a CMS—Drupal preferred—and basic HTML is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of content performance measurement (e.g., GA, GSC, SEMrush or similar) and using insights to recommend improvements.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
