Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer to join our team. This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore, reporting to the Director, Software Development Engineering. 

As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will be a technical leader within the Engineering department, driving the core purpose and overall impact of our cloud-native infrastructure. You will focus on building robust systems that serve as the foundation for our high-growth global organization.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

• Developing and maintaining the Query layer using Java, Python or Go within a Kubernetes environment
• Designing, implementing, and deploying Kubernetes clusters that are scalable and reliable
• Developing monitoring systems and deploy services in the cloud
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Kubernetes clusters, containers, and microservices
• Contributing to the overall reliability, scalability, and security of applications in cloud-native environments

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 3+ years of experience with Programming languages like Java, Python or Golang
• 2+ years of experience in Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka
• 2+ years of public cloud experience (AWS or GCP or Azure)
• Expertise in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in continuous monitoring, vulnerability scanning, patching, and reporting
• Experience with multiple cloud providers (AWS, Azure) and both relational and non-relational databases for microservices
