Here, impact in your role matters more than title and trust is built on results. We believe in transparency and value constructive, honest debate—we’re focused on getting to the best ideas, faster. We build high-performing teams that can make an impact quickly and with high quality. To do this, we are building a culture of execution centered on customer obsession, collaboration, ownership and accountability.

We champion an “AI Forward, People First” philosophy to help us accelerate and innovate, empowering our people to embrace their potential. If you’re driven by purpose, thrive on solving complex challenges and want to make a positive difference on a global scale, we invite you to bring your talents to Zscaler to help shape the future of cybersecurity.

We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition for our EMEA Region as part of our People & Culture team. This is a hybrid role based in London, reporting to the VP of Global Talent Acquisition.

In this role, you will be one of the strategic architects of our regional growth, leading a high-performing recruiting team to attract world-class talent across our Go-To-Market and Technical functions. Partnering closely with the EMEA Executive Leadership team, you will translate aggressive business goals into a localized, AI-forward hiring strategy that scales our Zero Trust mission. You will act as a "player-coach," balancing high-level organizational design with the hands-on execution required to secure top-tier executive and needle-moving talent in a competitive cybersecurity landscape.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

  • Design and execute a multi-year EMEA talent strategy that aligns with global vision while addressing the unique nuances of local markets across Europe and the Middle East
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a geographically dispersed team of recruiters and managers, fostering a culture of "HUMAN" leadership—hiring, developing, and inspiring the best
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the EMEA GM, functional VPs, and other local leadership leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to influence workforce planning
  • Drive a "culture of execution" by leveraging AI to optimize recruiting processes, sourcing tools, and ensuring a seamless, high-touch candidate experience
  • Champion the employer brand across EMEA through innovative localized initiatives and embed inclusive best practice into every stage of the recruiting lifecycle

Who You Are (Success Profile)

  • You treat the EMEA talent function as your own business, operating with a bias for impact and a deep sense of accountability for results.
  • You are comfortable "building the path as you walk it," turning complex hiring challenges into scalable, repeatable processes in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment. Impact over activity.
  • You lead with transparency and embrace a "challenge culture," giving and receiving honest feedback to ensure the best ideas win.
  • You not only track and report on metrics; you use data and insights to tell a story, predict trends, and advocate for the tools and technologies that will "glitch the status quo" of traditional recruiting.
  • You possess a relentless growth mindset, staying obsessed with your own development and the evolution of both the cybersecurity and enterprise sales talent landscapes.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing regional or global teams within high-growth SaaS or Cybersecurity organization - including deep focus on enterprise sales recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully navigating the EMEA talent landscape, including knowledge of local labor laws, employment practices, and compensation trends
  • Demonstrated success in scaling recruiting functions and partnering directly with C-suite/VP-level stakeholders on headcount planning and executive search
  • Proficiency with modern ATS ecosystems (e.g., Greenhouse), CRM tools, and a strong understanding of how to integrate AI/Automation into the recruiting workflow

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Direct experience leading TA in the Cloud Cyber Security, Zero Trust, or Networking space, with an established network of "A-player" talent in these domains
  • Experience working for a US-headquartered company, demonstrating the ability to bridge the gap between global headquarters’ strategy and regional execution
  • An MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
