Role Overview
As a Regional Director, you will be the driving force behind Zscaler’s growth within the Public Sector. You will lead a high-performing sales team to navigate complex government landscapes, championing security transformation and expanding our footprint across Singapore.
What You’ll Do (Role Expectations)
- Strategic Leadership: Lead and execute a regional sales strategy for the Public Sector. You will establish a structured sales methodology and design the Go-To-Market strategy in close collaboration with the ecosystems team.
- Team Development: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of four Public Sector Account Executives. You will be responsible for fostering a high-performance culture that ensures quarterly quota achievement and maps out key account strategies for over-achievement.
- C-Suite Engagement: Build and nurture trusted relationships with customer C-suite executives, acting as a strategic advisor on their security transformation journeys and ensuring long-term customer success.
- Operational Excellence: Manage territory planning, resource allocation, and sales forecasting to ensure consistent, scalable growth within the region.

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
- Education: Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field.
- Sales Leadership: Extensive experience in Enterprise Sales Leadership specifically within the software or SaaS sectors.
- Complex Deal Cycles: A proven track record of leading sales teams through the structuring and closing of large, complex deals.
- Methodology Expert: Deep knowledge of sales processes, including territory planning, assessment, and strategic resource allocation.
