Role Overview
As a Marketing Intern for ThreatLabz, you will collaborate directly with world-class threat researchers to transform raw cloud telemetry into actionable security intelligence and annual trend predictions. You’ll be responsible for synthesizing these complex technical findings into industry-leading reports that establish the brand as a premier authority in the cybersecurity space. To maximize the impact of this research, you will execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, social media, and events to drive global awareness and community engagement.
What You’ll Do (Role Expectations)
- Collaborate with threat researchers to extract high-value insights from cloud telemetry, translating complex technical data into compelling narratives that highlight emerging security trends and market predictions.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing toolkits—spanning blogs, social media, and digital campaigns—to amplify research findings, increase brand visibility, and drive high-quality engagement at industry events.
- Support the end-to-end creation of industry-leading research reports and white papers, ensuring the content resonates with a global audience and reinforces the brand's position as an authoritative voice in cybersecurity.
- Assist in the promotion of ThreatLabz research through various digital marketing channels to ensure our insights reach the broader security community and key stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex information into clear, persuasive content, with professional-grade writing and editing skills for blogs, reports, or social media.
- Strong familiarity with digital marketing basics (e.g., social media management, SEO, or email campaigns) and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- A minor or strong academic interest in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Data Analytics.
- Basic experience with design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud) or data visualization to help bring research findings to life.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
Base Pay Range
$35 - $55 USD
