Role 

We are looking for a Workplace Experience Specialist to join our Facilities & Workplace Services – Bangalore, India team. This is an on-site role based in Zscaler Bangalore - Bagmane / Bren Optimus, reporting to the Workplace Experience Manager..

The Workplace Experience Specialist will be the heartbeat of our Bangalore office, ensuring seamless daily operations and a world-class environment for our employees. You will manage vendor relationships, oversee facility maintenance, and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace safety.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

  • Process Leadership: Act as the India & APJ Process Owner for the ServiceNow WSD module, managing regional ticketing workflows and leveraging data-driven analytics to optimize workplace service delivery and resource allocation
  • Total Workplace Portfolio Governance: Oversee daily operations across a diverse real estate portfolio, including conventional leased offices and managed flexible spaces, ensuring a unified Zscaler brand experience, robust maintenance (AMCs), and 98%+ SLA compliance
  • End-to-End Mobility & Operational Safety: Direct the corporate transportation strategy and daily operations while leading safety protocols (ERT/EHS) and statutory compliance (CLRA), ensuring a 100% secure environment and 99%+ on-time commute performance
  • Workplace Amenities & Experience Management: Direct the end-to-end delivery of premium F&B services, employee-centric events, and space optimization strategies
  • Strategic Partnership & Fiscal Stewardship: Collaborate with leadership, procurement, and finance to manage the full vendor lifecycle, tracking KPIs and implementing process improvements

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 8+ years Facilities/Workplace experience managing large, high-density IT/Tech sites (2,000–3,000+ headcount)
  • ServiceNow WSD/WSM (or similar) regional lead for India & APJ driving data-led efficiency, workflows, and reporting
  • Strong IFM/Soft Services governance delivering premium F&B, Housekeeping, Concierge; always 100% audit-ready
  • End-to-end corporate transport: fleet, routes, and safety/compliance for large-scale mobility
  • Bangalore statutory expertise (CLRA, EHS, ERT) with strong cross-functional stakeholder management

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience working in a global MNC or a high-growth tech company
  • Multi-Geographic Exposure: Experience working with stakeholders across different time zones or managing remote facility leads in the INDIA & APJ region
  • ServiceNow Mastery: Advanced experience in WSM module customization and data-driven reporting
