We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. This is a Remote (Belgium) role, reporting to the Sales Engineering Manager in the Solutions Consulting department. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping guide their transformational journey by presenting the Zscaler cloud security platform to prospective customers. You will set the strategic vision, translate technical goals into enticing recommendations, and gather technical requirements to effectively promote our value proposition through compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of value.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

  • Present, demo, and showcase the value of the Zscaler cloud security platform to both existing and prospective customers
  • Set the strategic vision and translate complex client goals into enticing and relevant recommendations
  • Become a trusted advisor to our clients while seamlessly aiding their digital and security transformational journey
  • Gather complex customer technical requirements and directly promote the core value proposition in proof of value (POV) engagements, presentations, and interactive demonstrations

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
  • At least 8 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Systems Integrator
  • Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise network or cloud security technologies
  • Proven ability to gather customer technical requirements and promote value propositions in POV scenarios, presentations, and demos
  • Proficiency with Value Selling Methodologies combined with experience partnering with sales to identify opportunities, build territory plans, and deliver proof of concept engagements
  • Professional fluency in French along with experience producing high-impact technical presentations and demonstrations

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience demonstrating, positioning, or architecting AI-driven threat detection, automated policy generation, or predictive analytics within enterprise cloud security frameworks
  • Cloud Platform certifications or other relevant industry credentials such as CISSP or CCNP
  • Subject matter expertise in SASE, Proxy technology, Cybersecurity, IPS, DLP, CASB, or CNAPP

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and determined by role and level. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base salaries for this position across all Belgium locations. Individual pay placement within this range is determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including job-related skills, relevant experience, and education or training. The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/bonus/equity (if applicable) and benefits.

Base Pay Range

€89.250 - €127.500 EUR
