Join our People & Culture team as a People Partner and become the strategic force behind our Americas Sales Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. Reporting to the Sr. Director, People Business Partner, you will drive organizational scaling, navigate complex challenges, and shape business outcomes through predictive thought leadership and data-driven people strategies. This is a highly collaborative role for a forward-thinking HR leader ready to make a significant impact on our most critical revenue-generating teams.

This hybrid position is based at our Santa Clara, CA headquarters, with on-site work required Tuesday through Thursday.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the Americas Sales GTM leadership, translating business objectives into high-impact people strategies and programs
  • Act as a trusted coach and counselor on complex employee relations matters, providing clear guidance to mitigate risk and strengthen leadership capability
  • Translate people data into predictive insights, delivering proactive recommendations that drive organizational effectiveness and talent retention
  • Orchestrate and own key P&C initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with the broader business strategy
  • Master the dynamic between strategy and execution, seamlessly scaling the organization through pivotal company-wide programs and changes

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
  • Deep experience in strategic HR business partnering within a fast-paced, high-growth global technology company
  • Proven expertise in autonomously managing complex employee relations cases and coaching senior leaders through challenging situations
  • Demonstrated ability to own and execute strategic, cross-functional HR programs with full accountability from design to delivery
  • A strong background supporting fast-paced Sales or Go-To-Market organizations within a matrixed, global environment

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience leveraging AI for HR, such as generating predictive workforce analytics or identifying opportunities for workflow automation
  • A demonstrated ability to anticipate future organizational risks and deliver proactive, executive-ready strategies to address them
  • An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MHRM) or relevant certifications that complement your professional experience

 

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$127,400 - $182,000 USD
