We are looking for a Financial Representative, Expense Reimbursement to join our team. This is a Hybrid role, reporting to the Senior Manager, Accounts Payable in the Expense Reimbursement department. In this position, you will maintain financial accuracy and operational compliance by managing global credit card reconciliations, auditing employee travel and expense policy adherence, and supporting monthly closing processes for US corporate operations.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Review global card transactions and respond to email queries
- Reconcile daily credit card transactions with bank statements, merchant accounts, and internal records for accuracy
- Audit expenses under the company's travel and expense policy, identifying discrepancies for management
- Manage monthly financial closings and ensure accuracy of financial statements
- Serve as a liaison with internal teams, government entities, and external accountants to meet information needs and maintain historical records

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
- Postgraduate in Finance with 1 to 3 years of experience in Employee Reimbursement/Corporate Credit Card Management
- Experience working with large ERP systems, generally accepted accounting principles, and accounting software for US corporations

- Knowledge of Coupa, AppZen, or NetSuite tools
