  • Establish and enforce data governance and metric certification standards, driving alignment toward single-source-of-truth definitions for core People metrics across the enterprise
  • Lead the development, delivery, and adoption of scaled workforce analytics products on platforms like Visier and Snowflake, shifting recurring reporting away from spreadsheets and into intuitive self-service experiences
  • Partner closely with People AI and technology teams to build governed data layers and semantic architectures that enable AI models and agents to reliably generate workforce insights
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data and analytics professionals, cultivating a product-oriented mindset focused on measurable usage, operational rigor, and business impact

Who You Are (Success Profile)

  • You are a pragmatic builder who balances technical excellence with rapid delivery, rolling up your sleeves to turn complex architectural concepts into reliable, production-ready data pipelines and analytics products.
  • You are data-driven and anchor your decisions in rigorous evidence, using analytics to uncover the truth, establish metric integrity, and eliminate inconsistencies across workforce data.
  • You champion simplicity by distilling complex technical architectures and sprawling reporting demands into streamlined, intuitive data products and self-service solutions.
  • You are a high-trust collaborator who communicates with clarity, candor, and respect, building strong cross-functional partnerships across People, IT, and enterprise data teams.
  • You think at scale, designing resilient data foundations, governance models, and team practices that are built to support a high-growth global organization and evolving AI capabilities.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
  • 8+ years of experience across People Analytics, workforce analytics, data engineering, BI, or analytics products, including 3+ years of direct people management experience leading technical and analytics talent
  • Strong technical background in modern cloud data architecture, including hands-on experience designing and operating workforce data models and pipelines on Snowflake
  • Proven track record building, scaling, or managing People Analytics platforms and tools such as Visier, Workday, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Demonstrated success improving data quality, establishing metric governance frameworks, and creating certified semantic layers in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong product mindset with demonstrated experience simplifying large reporting portfolios and transitioning organizations from manual reporting toward scalable self-service analytics

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience architecting semantic data layers and governance frameworks specifically designed to support generative AI tools, LLMs, or autonomous agents
  • Deep expertise in workforce data privacy, role-based access controls (RBAC), and regulatory compliance within enterprise HR environments
