We are in looking for a talented Strategy Director to join our growing Vancouver team. You’re a curious strategist that loves flexing between business planning and creative and design strategy. You love when you can be an engine of strategic and creative inspiration, roll up your sleeves in client workshops and shape big ideas that drive client success and cultural conversation.


Key responsibilities include:

• Project Leadership: working alongside our Executive Strategy Director to be a brand champion across all communications and actions to ensure delivery of brand vision, roadmap and performance
• Brand Architect: understand client and brand business needs to build and implement long-term brand vision, architecture, roadmaps and identifying new opportunities for success.
• Culture and Consumer Navigator: source of expertise on consumer and culture, guiding teams and clients to champion solutions that address human needs and shift behaviour.
• Natural Collaborator: playing a key role in co-creation of strategy and creative, moderating work sessions and translating client needs to agency actions.
• Simplicity Creator: Transforming complex inputs into clear, actionable strategies, frameworks and briefs that guide teams and clients toward focused clarity
• Creative Inspirer: Provoking teams with stimuli to spark ideas and continually guiding creative into original, innovative spaces that shift human behaviour
• Curiosity Hunter + Challenger: actively source inspiration across culture, category, consumer and client to challenge conventional thinking and approaches for all partners, internally and externally. Open to new media, tactics and ways to collaborate, be a source of innovation.
• Researcher + Performance Manager: analysing and interpreting primary qualitative and quantitative research and leading this research when required. Sourcing and interpreting secondary research. Also using research to guide optimizing work in-market for performance.
• Agency Development: supporting team on proactive projects and new business where needed, as well as crafting award show submissions and case studies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• BA/BS degree
• 8-10 years of industry experience
