As our Global Head of Agency Profile, you’ll lead the charge in telling our story to the world.

We’ve expanded our footprint and grown our reputation globally in recent years and now we’re seeking a leader to help us take it to the next level. We’re looking for a hands-on, media-savvy senior contributor to amplify Z.A.K.’s global presence. You’ll drive our brand strategy, build relationships with top media, and craft content that strengthens and showcases our leadership in the industry. From securing coverage and thought leadership to promoting our culture, you’ll be at the heart of building Z.A.K.’s reputation and visibility worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that aligns with the agency's values and goals, amplifying our brand voice.
• Media relations: Build and nurture relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets to secure features, interviews, and thought leadership placements both within and outside the industry.
• Thought leadership: Partner with agency leadership to develop and promote content such as op-eds, white papers, and speaking engagements that highlight our expertise.
• Showcasing culture: Develop campaigns and stories that highlight the agency’s unique culture, values, and people; attracting top talent and new business opportunities.
• Event presence: Strategize and support the agency’s participation in industry events, panels, and conferences to enhance visibility and credibility.
• Content creation: Write and edit press releases, blog posts, internal announcements, and external communications that tell our story effectively.
• Reputation management: Monitor and respond to public perception of the agency, ensuring consistent and positive messaging.
• Metrics and reporting: Track and analyze PR performance, providing actionable insights and demonstrating the ROI of initiatives.

About You:

You’re a senior contributor who thrives on execution. A storyteller with a passion for building brands, fostering media relationships, and creating engaging content. You're scrappy, proactive, optimistic and ready to amplify Z.A.K. on the global stage.

Experience & Skills:

• 7+ years in communications, with a focus on brand promotion in an agency, publication or creative industry.
• Strong media relationships and proven track record securing high impact coverage.
• Social media maven – intuitive sense of how to align social media with broader business or marketing goals.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Comfortable as a spokesperson and passionate about showcasing creativity and culture.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a global perspective (experience in New York/London ideal).
