Role Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Account Supervisor to join our team in Toronto. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management of client accounts, overseeing project delivery, managing budgets, and leading internal teams to deliver high-quality work. As an Account Supervisor, you’ll collaborate with senior team leads to ensure strategic alignment, contribute to larger initiatives, and foster strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our clients. 

Core Responsibilities: 

· Client Relationships: Lead and manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for junior to mid-level clients, while escalating key opportunities or challenges to senior leadership. 

· Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior team leads to align on strategic objectives, ensuring seamless communication and the delivery of integrated, high-impact campaigns. 

· Project Management: Take ownership of project timelines, budgets, and administrative tasks (BCRs, POs, copy decks, etc.), while providing regular updates to leadership on progress and performance. 

· Internal Leadership: Facilitate internal meetings (status updates, creative reviews, briefings) and client meetings with confidence, and ensure smooth handoffs to senior leaders for high-stakes presentations or escalations. 

· Strategic Contributions: Support the Strategy and Creative teams by developing strong briefs and contributing insights on client objectives, market trends, and growth opportunities. 

· Production Oversight: Collaborate with production teams to manage large-scale initiatives across digital, interactive, and traditional media while ensuring quality and alignment with client goals. 

· Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, empowering them to succeed and actively preparing them for more advanced roles within the agency. 

· Problem Solving: Address complex client challenges independently while knowing when to escalate to senior leadership for additional guidance. 

Qualifications: We are seeking a dynamic, proactive individual with 4+ years of experience in an advertising agency or equivalent marketing environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can support senior leadership while taking ownership of client accounts and projects. 

The ideal candidate will have: 

· Expertise in social, digital, and broadcast production, with a passion for exploring innovative and creative solutions. 

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality, even under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

· A track record of mentoring junior team members and fostering professional growth, with an eye toward developing the next generation of agency leaders. 

· Strong budget management skills, including financial reporting and ensuring efficient use of resources. 

· Experience developing and executing strategic communications plans and omni-channel campaigns, overseeing broadcast, print, social, and digital platforms. 

· Strong leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with senior team leads and contribute to agency-wide goals. 

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for both junior team members and senior executives. 

· Experience in the automotive is mandatory. 

· A background in digital, social, or experiential marketing is preferred. 

· Proficiency in additional marketing disciplines, such as promotions, PR, website development, and inbound/outbound marketing. 

· Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Additional Details: 

· Hybrid work schedule: 2-3 days per week in-office
