As a key player, you’ll work closely with engineering, data science, game analytics, design, and cross-functional teams to ensure our platform delivers value by supporting complex testing methodologies and scalable solutions. You will need a strong technical background, an understanding of experimentation principles (A/B testing, multivariate testing), and a passion for empowering data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Do:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and communicate a clear product vision for the experimentation platform, aligned with business goals and user needs.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (engineering, data science, analytics, UX) to identify key experimentation needs, gather requirements, and build scalable solutions.

  • Technical Leadership: Collaborate with the engineering team to define the architecture and technical direction of the platform, ensuring it can handle large-scale testing and real-time data analysis.

  • Experimentation Best Practices: Advocate for and implement best practices in experiment design, execution, and analysis, ensuring teams can derive actionable insights.

  • User-Centric Development: Collect feedback from end users (product managers, data analysts, and marketers) to improve the platform’s features and usability continually.

  • Metrics & Reporting: Define success metrics for the platform, track performance, and communicate results to stakeholders. Ensure the platform provides robust reporting features.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure the platform integrates smoothly with other tools and data sources, working closely with data engineers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.

  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitive platforms to ensure our experimentation platform remains cutting-edge.

  • Project Management: Drive agile processes, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of features.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical platforms or data products. Previous experience with experimentation tools (such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, or in-house platforms) is a strong plus.

  • Technical Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Comfortable with understanding APIs, data pipelines, and complex technical architectures.

  • Experimentation Expertise: Strong understanding of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and statistical analysis. Ability to translate experimentation needs into product features.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Proven ability to work with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-quality products.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to define metrics, analyze data, and communicate insights effectively.

  • Agile Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile environment with a strong grasp of sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into simple terms for stakeholders.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience building or managing large-scale data products or platforms.

  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, statistical modeling, and causal inference.

  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.

  • Experience with SQL, Python, or other data query languages.
