Zynga is looking for a Programmatic Associate Account Manager to join our growing sales team! So, if you are talented, driven, creative, and eager to join a dynamic, globally-connected team, then we want to talk!

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team ensuring client success and providing outstanding client service.
  • Process and respond to PMP RFP/RFI’s for designated sales team members.
  • Understand how Zynga’s ad products will assist accounts in reaching their marketing goals.
  • Work side by side with the ad-ops ad trafficker to set up, optimize, and manage PMP campaigns on various SSPs.
  • Serve as a single point-of-contact for all PMP campaign-related inquiries, working closely with clients/teams to understand and communicate the technical requirements of campaigns.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and successful delivery in full of all managed PMP campaigns.
  • Spearhead troubleshooting efforts and proactively prevent delivery or performance issues.
  • Provide prospecting support and upsell opportunities for the sales team.
  • Establish best practices and manage client-facing research and collateral.
  • Manage creative, trafficking and reporting needs of managed campaigns as well as the set-up, monitoring and feedback for PMP deals.
  • Provide analysis of inventory, revenue, and pricing.
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of all internal systems in order to effectively support general and specialized client queries; including billing, performance reporting, and other bidding related requests.
  • Focus on client retention, growth, renewal, and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as a team expert on industry best practices and maintain proficiencies in the display and video advertising space.

What you bring:

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience
  • 1 years+ of experience in a buy-side trading role or sell side PMP management in the advertising space.
  • Experience with the ecosystem of ad networks, DSPs, audience targeting and technology, online measurement, ad operations and ad buying
  • Hands-on professional experience with gaming and/or social networking is strongly preferred.
  • At least 1 year of Mobile Experience
  • Solid understanding of demand or sell side platforms.
  • Knowledge and experience working with 3rd party ad servers, attribution vendors, or other measurement solutions.
  • Experience and relationships with agency trading desks a plus.
  • A strong background working with clients face-to-face is preferred
  • Strong digital literacy including advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively optimizing marketing campaigns by analyzing performance and recommending adjustments to key performance drivers.
  • Ability to handle competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $55,700 and $82,460 per year. 

However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
