Position Overview:

Zynga is looking for an exceptional Producer who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about Analytics and Engineering. The ideal candidate is an organized, confident, and clear communicator who can act as a project manager for initiatives that bridge these groups; defining requirements, aligning stakeholders and contributors, and driving new projects from ambiguity to completion. 

Responsibilities

• Partner with Data Scientists & Engineering Team Leads to manage project plans and schedules.
• Manage planning, execution and reporting on status and risks. Ensure deliverables are on time, within budget and with high quality.
• Lead technical scrums and agile project implementation. 
• Support Sr Producer on projects spanning several teams, driving predictable execution on projects and initiatives.
• Passionately articulate goals and team principles to help form a stimulating and fun work environment and culture.
• Maintain effective communication and build trust with partners both onsite and offsite. 
• Learn and be able to contribute and communicate improvements to the existing working processes.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of project management experience in the tech industry, leading software engineering projects.
• Experience with project management related tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Self-motivated, autonomous, demonstrates initiative, flexibility, maturity under pressure.
• Collaborative by nature, quickly and easily builds relationships, ensures open dialog, engenders trust and partners well within a team to deliver results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive and professional attitude. 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in mobile game
• Agile development experience
• Analytics experience
