Position Overview:
We are looking for a sales driven Liveops coordinator to take ownership of Empires & Puzzles Live calendar configurations. You will be part of the Empires & Puzzles liveops team helping us reach our daily revenue targets and ensure that players have a good balance of content always available. You will plan, configure and analyze, liveops activities and actively drive improvements the way we run liveops in Empires & Puzzles.
What You'll Do:
- Own and the live calendar activities configuration of Empires & Puzzles across all stores and markets, including Core and Webstores.
- Plan event schedules, offer content, and configurations in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Configure liveops activities using dedicated tools and platforms.
- Test and deploy live changes to our servers, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal player experience.
- Maintain clear communication with the Development team, Analytics team, Player Support and Community teams regarding upcoming event schedules and related matters.
- Drive improvements in tools and processes, including suggesting, collecting, and prioritizing enhancements.
- Monitor game performance metrics and player behavior to assess the impact of live events and adjust strategies as needed.
What You Bring:
- Experience in event planning, configuration, or similar roles in the gaming industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using relevant tools for liveops activities configuration and deployment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure precise configurations and effective troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation.
Bonus Points:
- Previous experience on building automated testing for systems configurations to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Knowledge of Empires & Puzzles.
