Join the mavens as a Senior Producer and help drive the success of our Analytics team!

If you love bringing order to chaos, ensuring projects run efficiently and keeping teams aligned, this role is for you.

You will be the driving force bringing the Production discipline to the mavens; masters of the data platforms that empowers game business teams to make better decisions based on data and maximize a game’s reach.

This challenging role is meant to bring a big impact with the team. You will have the support of the Analytics Production group and the mavens team, eager to add this expertise among their ranks.

From analysing the needs of the teams, building trust and relationships, and implementing processes to ensure we predictably hit our goals while also maintaining the highest standards of communication.  You will play a key role in leading projects and programs, ensuring everything runs efficiently and is communicated widely.

What You'll do:

  • You will work closely with the Lead Producer to create, standardize, and implement production processes and best practices for the mavens.

  • You will partner with the different teams, building clear, actionable project plans that help everyone hit their goals.

  • You will serve as a leader to help implement industry best practices in project planning, execution, and delivery, keeping everything on track ensuring predictable execution.

  • Run scrums, keep teams aligned, and make agile actually work in a way that’s productive (and not just for the sake of it!).

  • You’ll bring energy and positivity and a clear vision to help the team do their best work in a fun, collaborative way.

  • You will own effective communication with our partners and build trust.

  • You won’t just follow processes - you’ll help refine and evolve them to make things smoother and more efficient, bringing the best methodologies that align with the goals of the company.

 

What You Bring:

  • 6+ years of project management experience in the tech industry, leading software engineering projects.

  • Seasoned expert with typical project management related tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.

  • Experience establishing Production pipelines for teams.

  • Self-motivated, autonomous, and demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and maturity under pressure.

  • Collaborative by nature, quickly and easily builds relationships, ensures open dialog, engenders trust and partners well within a team to deliver results.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Positive and professional attitude.

Bonus Points:

  • 2+ years of experience in mobile game

  • 2+ years agile development experience

  • Analytics experience
