Position Overview:

As a Senior Product Manager (SPM), you will be responsible for owning the product function to craft, develop, and maintain a set of features within the Direct to Consumer group, a fast-growing team within Zynga. You will be at the forefront of driving features that are critical to our platform, and to driving growth across Zynga titles worldwide.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the entire product lifecycle, from initial vision and competitive analysis to requirements gathering, feature prioritization, specification writing, and roadmap management
  • Drive the product strategy, product specifications, and collaborate with game teams to achieve product success
  • Develop a compelling product vision by deeply understanding customer needs. Partner closely with Product and Engineering leaders on game teams to establish feedback loops for continuous improvement and identify common needs across the organization
  • Develop go-to-market and support strategies for globally distributed client teams across different studios
  • Ensure high-quality execution through testing, validation, and iteration in collaboration with engineering and QA
  • Define and implement metrics for product success and effectiveness. Utilize qualitative consumer insights and quantitative data to inform product decisions and build business rationales.

What You Bring:

  • 5-10 years of experience building great products that meet customer needs, ideally in mobile game ecommerce
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating across global teams in different organizations
  • Experience scoping projects, collecting requirements, creating product specifications, carrying features from ideation to deployment
  • A structured thinker with the ability to break down complex problems and guide execution from A to Z
  • A collaborator who thrives in cross-functional settings and works well with technical and non-technical peers alike
  • Good knowledge of agile software development methodologies and software development life cycle
  • A clear communicator who can translate between business needs and engineering realities.
  • Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical abilities, and attention to detail
  • BA/BS degree, MBA, or Computer Science preferred

The pay range for this position in British Columbia at the start of employment is expected to be between $96,400 and $142,660 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company’s discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $108,900 and $161,160 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.

The pay range for this position in Chicago at the start of employment is expected to be between $96,100 and $145,200 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.

Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
