In This Role, You Will:
- Build and grow strong relationships with your customers.
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for expansion.
- Negotiate rates and build pricing strategies that drive profitability.
- Provide proactive communication and real-time problem-solving on every shipment.
- Master AFC’s TMS (Mcleod) , Google tools, and customer portals to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure flawless load execution and on-time delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong relationship-builder who loves sales and customer service.
- Natural problem-solver with a bias for action and urgency.
- Strategic thinker who understands market trends and pricing.
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Experience in transportation/logistics is preferred but not required — attitude is everything.

Compensation: Starting at $60,000 per year salary plus commission.
