Lead Survey Programmer

As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our hybrid Bengaluru based team. We are looking for a Bengaluru based Lead Survey Programmer to contribute to our mission by driving the technical excellence and automation of Survey Programming to enable faster, scalable processes with best-in-class quality delivery.
As Team lead based out of our Whitefield office, you will be responsible for the survey programming project operations process at Konovo. You will be the technical expert accelerating our transformation towards automation through your mentorship and support of team members. If you are excited to lead the technical direction for survey programming—design the programming planning, oversee builds on complex/high-risk projects, and ensure consistency across the team- this role is for you!
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Lead and mentor a team of survey programmers- ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality project delivery.
Elevate quality and efficiency—establish and review coding standards, conduct code reviews, and implement QA best practices to maintain near-zero error rates
Drive process innovation—identify automation needs, build reusable templates and scripts, and streamline delivery processes to reduce turnaround and repetitive effort
Mentor and develop your team—provide hands-on guidance, training sessions, and feedback to junior programmers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and ownership
Collaborate strategically—translate research designs into executable plans, align programming logic with stakeholder goals, and manage client-facing technical conversations in collaboration with project managers, researchers, and QA teams
Anticipate and resolve complexities—serve as the escalation point for challenges in logic, feasibility, and delivery; propose proactive recovery or design strategies
Elevate cross-team cohesion—help synchronize timelines and deliverables among research, QA, and PM groups by providing clarity, setbacks, and recommendations
What We’re Looking For:
9+ years of experience in Survey Programming, preferably on platforms like Decipher and Confirmit.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Java Script, jQuery, HTML, CSS and Python.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
Proven track record delivering high‑quality error‑free work under deadlines
Strong leadership and global team management skills
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing environment while navigating challenges collaboratively.
High attention to detail and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A technical graduate/master’s degree holder in the field of Computer Science or equivalent
Additional desirable experience:
Familiarity with data analysis and statistical concepts

US Controller

We are looking for a US Controller to contribute to our mission by driving financial integrity, building scalable processes, enabling data-driven decisions and leading a team of four direct reports. This role stands out because it offers the opportunity to build and shape the finance function of a high-growth healthcare market research company, while partnering closely with executive leadership to influence strategic decisions.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Collaborate with VP Accounting and cross-functional teams to provide accurate financial insights and support the company’s transition to a product-driven platform.
Develop and implement scalable accounting processes, reporting frameworks, and controls to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency across the organization.
Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements, while supporting strategic initiatives and new business opportunities.
Engage as part of a global finance department, partnering with counterparts in the UK and India to drive best practices and solve complex problems.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of four, fostering accountability, continuous learning, and high performance across the Finance function.
Monitor cash balances and support liquidity management to ensure adequate funding across US and international entities.
Support the CFO and VP Accounting in preparing and maintaining short and long-term cash flow forecasts.
Support banking administration, foreign currency management, and intercompany funding needs.
Oversee and review weekly AP and AR activities to maintain strong working capital discipline.
Oversee payroll processing and related compliance, partnering with HR to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient payroll operations across all geographies.
Administer and ensure compliance for the company’s travel & expense (T&E) platform (e.g., Expensify).
What We’re Looking For:
Proactive accounting leader with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to balance hands-on detail orientation with providing meaningful financial insights to support the business.
7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including controllership roles; prior experience in SaaS, healthcare, or high-growth environments preferred.
Proven track record of driving financial integrity, building scalable processes, and delivering timely, accurate reporting under US GAAP.
Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in dynamic, fast-changing environments while partnering effectively across executive and operational teams.
Experienced audit leader, with a history of managing annual audits.
Experience using Sage Intacct (ERP), Salesforce (CRM), and Expensify (T&E), plus strong Excel skills.
Hands-on experience managing banking activities, including cash management and forecasting.
Ownership of month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement across reconciliations, accruals, and reporting.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and CPA required.
Bonus Points for: Public accounting background, exposure to ASC 606 implementations and accounting for acquisitions under ASC 805.

Our job titles and range posted may span more than one career level for a given job title. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will also be eligible for a variable plus employee benefits. The estimated cash compensation range for this role is: $135,000-155,000 USD
