Position Summary:
The Senior Coordinator, Leadership Development, is responsible for maintaining the organization and operations of the Leadership Development team and ensuring key deliverables are provided on time to internal and external stakeholders. They will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact leadership development initiatives, ensuring seamless stakeholder engagement, operational efficiency, and successful program delivery.
Primary Job Duties:
- Manage end-to-end planning and execution of high-impact projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Develop and oversee marketing collateral and promotional strategies to support program engagement and drive leadership development nominations.
- Coordinate and manage scheduling with external stakeholders and C-Suite executives; ensure efficient communication and completion of all pre- and post-call action items.
- Own and manage the Fellow rotation process, ensuring alignment with graduation requirements and smooth coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the Leadership Development team in executing the call for nominations process, including internal alignment, external messaging, and call preparation.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of the nominations application process, from form development and launch to tracking and review.
- Support the submission process for Fellow Action Projects, coordinating timelines, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with Partnership Lead to prepare collateral for stakeholder meetings.
- Represent the organization in a professional and strategic manner when communicating with members, partners, and other external stakeholders.
- Contribute to organizational planning and process improvements, supporting leadership in driving operational efficiency and communication clarity.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of project management experience or executive assistance
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
- Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office suite

Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, and distance vision, the ability to maintain a stationary position for an extended period. Ability to lift and move over 20 lbs. Ability to work 16+ hour days when managing meetings onsite.

Salary Range
$60,000 - $65,000 USD
