The Role:
The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the Community Supports division. This role supports timekeeping, payroll and billing processes, customer inquiries, and long-term care insurance and funded partner requirements while helping ensure accurate, timely, and compliant service delivery.
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for long-term care insurance and funded partners, supporting claims, authorizations, invoices, compliance requirements, care notes, and related submissions.
- Process high-volume electronic timekeeping records and support weekly payroll and billing deadlines.
- Track and resolve timekeeping issues, including corrections, stop payments, short pay, time-off requests, direct deposit enrollment, and wage and hour compliance.
- Respond to customer inquiries across phone, chat, text, and email, providing timely resolution for payroll, billing, authorization, and service-related requests.
- Partner with Operations teams to resolve billing and payroll errors, complete audits, and address customer needs.
- Run recurring reports and audit member utilization, authorizations, and health plan verification information.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure appropriate handling of protected health information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
This is a hybrid position, coming into the El Segundo office 1x per month.
Please note that this is a TEMPORARY position.
What You Bring to the Table:
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience managing a high volume of customer calls preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Access, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with Salesforce or other customer relationship management systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Reliable internet service required.
