Berlin, Berlin, Germany

The role

As Senior Manager – Operations Transformation & Performance (OTP), you’ll play a key role in shaping our international Inventory and Warehousing agenda. You will contribute to the development of our target operating model and lead improvement projects across our 12+ international fulfillment centers.

Reporting to the Associate Director OTP (Inventory & Warehousing), you will independently manage a portfolio of local and global projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency, improving inventory accuracy, and optimizing warehouse processes.

  • Drive discussions on performance indicators, support problem-solving, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Optimize and standardize processes – Ensure consistent and efficient Inventory & Warehousing practices across the international network.

  • Apply global guidelines and standards to warehouse and inventory processes.
  • Lead benchmarking and process-mapping initiatives to identify efficiency opportunities.
  • Oversee the creation and rollout of global standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to support the development and rollout of system features and tools.
  • Promote adherence to global standards through regular reviews and structured change management.
