Why I do my job
I am the first impression of 84.51 within our physical office space. I am responsible for welcoming visitors and associates and managing both external and internal inquires. I offer assistance with workplace information, services and requests; and I am the liaison between the front desk and our entire Facilities Team. My work helps to create a welcoming environment for our employees, clients, contractors and visitors.
What I do / Key Accountabilities
I work closely with the 84.51 Facilities Team to create the first impression of 84.51 within our physical office space and act as the liaison between the Facilities Team and our employees.
- Create a welcoming environment for visitors within our reception area and our premier client facing areas:
- Assist with visitor registration in our visitor management software.
- Greet visitors and notify associates of their arrival
- Be aware of Internal/External Events and assist with visitor welcome when required
- Offer visitor hospitality: Jacket/Luggage/Umbrella
- Escort visitors to training/meetings when required
- Provide guest wireless log-in information upon request
- Keep Hospitality Bar, Communal Table/Loose Furniture areas tidy
- Maintain Visitor Supplies in Catering Kitchen
- Stock Themed Mailers
- Manage Switchboard and Company Voice Mail and route voice mail to the appropriate recipient
- Manage Office Supplies and mail/package services
- Manage office supplies ordering/inventory/direction and stocking for all Copy Rooms/Mail Rooms
- Organize Copy Rooms/Mail Room, removing/disposing of random/unused items from copy rooms when needed
- Follow up with associates on incoming deliveries
- Post and manage incoming/outgoing mail/deliver mail
- Manage Fed Ex account and assist employees with Fed Ex needs
- Interface with employees and act as liaison between the front desk and the Facilities Team. Build the channels of communication between the front desk team, the remainder of the Facilities team, the physical security team and our building maintenance team:
- Manage the Facilities Inboxes and Service Tickets and redirect inquiries and tasks
- Print new associate & Contractor desk name tags
- Collect and manage Lost & Found items
- Receive and redirect maintenance inquiries
- Manage Red Bike passes
- Manage sports team tickets
- Observe and report daily issues/trends to Facilities Team
- Observe and report building maintenance issues to Facilities/Maintenance Team
- Back up/provide coverage for other members on team
- Update/maintain Facilities Team information on OneSite
- Maintain knowledge of access/visiting process for all physical office locations
- Develop friendly rapport with employees
- Support All Company Events managed by Facilities Team
- Serve as a First Responder in our building and complete required CPR/AED/First Aid Training on a bi-annual basis
- Take & assist with processing associate photos
- Share associate photos with associates, as needed
- Participate in weekly Facilities Team meetings
- Perform other duties as needed

Pay Transparency and Benefits
- The stated salary range represents the entire span applicable across all geographic markets from lowest to highest. Actual salary offers will be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data and cost of labor. In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for variable compensation.

$50,000 - $73,000 USD
