The Role
We're looking for a passionate, driven, and people-focused individual to join us as a Business Development and Partnerships Associate. This is a Full-Time Hybrid opportunity based in Indianapolis, IN. You’ll be working to help bring care to real families. In this role, you’ll help expand Abby Care’s reach by building meaningful connections with families, providers, and community partners throughout Indianapolis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead local outreach efforts - Share Abby Care’s mission across the Greater Indianapolis area through grassroots outreach and relationship building.
- Engage families directly - Plan, attend, and represent Abby Care at community events, meetups, resource fairs, and other gatherings to connect with families and ensure they understand how to access care.
- Build strategic relationships - Cultivate connections with healthcare facilities, hospitals, long-term care centers, and referral sources like case managers and social workers.
- Drive community awareness - Help increase visibility of Abby Care’s work and services by building a strong presence within the local healthcare and community landscape.
The Requirements
- Must currently reside in the Greater Indianapolis Metropolitan Area
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends
- Ability to handle and execute complex and cross-functional initiatives
- Proficiency with CRMs, spreadsheets, and related digital tools and platforms
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 4-year degree in a related field is preferred
- Experience in outreach, healthcare, home health, or case management is preferred

This is a Full-Time role with an estimated annual salary range of $60,000-$64,000 annually + bonus potential + commission.
