Now, we are on an unstoppable mission for an Associate Project Manager to join our team. An Associate Project Manager is an entry level position within the Project Management Department that oversees the job routing process, including acting as the routing gatekeeper, providing support in tracking and reporting at a project level, including managing the Workfront Proof System for specific project inputs working with their PM. You will work with the Senior/Project Manager (S/PM) in identifying project-related issues, requests, and project communication to the internal teams, including daily updates. Your primary responsibility includes ensuring project submissions are completed with appropriate specifications and ensuring quality control of these submissions.

What You'll Do
- Project Management: Manage the internal routing and approval process, ensuring jobs stay on track and escalating any issues as needed.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with Project Managers to handle day-to-day operational aspects of projects.
- Digital Routing: Populate digital routing software with project information and guide projects through the system, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate internal project meetings, including work progress meetings and reviews, keeping stakeholders aware of coordination and scheduling issues.
- Communication Management: Support Project Managers in internal communications, documenting next steps, action items, and project-related communication.
- Status Reporting: Create and maintain daily and weekly status reports to track project progress.
- Problem-Solving: Identify solutions for project contingencies and reassess project routing needs as necessary.
- Project Close-Out: Organize and catalog major assets at the end of projects, ensuring compliance with the Project Close-Out Process.
- Support Responsibilities: Assist Project Managers with delegated responsibilities, such as financial reporting and tracking, as needed
What Makes You A Great Fit
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in advertising/marketing or communications, with experience in a project manager role or project management responsibilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective internal and external communication.
- Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking skills to analyze situations and make informed decisions.
- Attributes: Approachable, accountable, and detail-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced pharmaceutical advertising culture.
- Time Management: Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Software Competency: Ability to learn and gain competency in agency software systems like Workamajig and digital routing software such as Workfront Proof. Training will be provided for both systems.

Compensation Range: $50,000-$60,000. The starting salary offer will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. The company reserves the right to adjust this pay range at any time.
