Now, we are on an unstoppable mission for a Senior Project Manager to join our team. The Senior Project Manager (SPM) oversees the day-to-day operations for their assigned brand(s), ensuring that projects are executed at the highest quality level, on time, and within budget. The SPM has the autonomy and experience to lead all tactics for their business independently and develops their team, requiring little direction from PM Director but also understands appropriate escalation points. You will provide guidance and mentoring to the PMs and APMs assigned to their brands.

What You'll Do
- Project Leadership: Lead high-profile projects involving unique technology, processes, or workflows. Develop timelines, estimates, and scenarios as needed. Monitor and adjust workflows and resources to optimize project efficiency.
- Team Oversight: Supervise Associate Project Managers (APMs) on routing, approval processes, and client change documentation. Escalate issues to the Project Director when necessary.
- Budget and Timeline Management: Manage project budgets and timelines rigorously. Monitor scope progress, identify work breakdowns, and proactively estimate for project changes. Communicate overages to internal and client teams as required.
- Client Engagement: Lead status and project-related discussions with clients, partner agencies, and third parties. Provide insights on project deliverables, scope changes, contingencies, and financial implications.
- Technology Utilization: Utilize Project Management Software (e.g., Workamajig, Workfront, Slack, Excel) to automate tasks, ensure quality, and improve process efficiency.
- Communication and Reporting: Develop conference reports and meeting recaps, ensuring clear communication internally and externally. Lead internal cross-functional meetings and provide project management insights to clients as needed.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee weekly and monthly client financial reporting, including billing summaries and financial analysis. Provide regular updates to senior management as required.
- Team Development: Manage the employee lifecycle for APMs, including onboarding, training, development, and conducting performance reviews. Address HR issues and escalate to senior management when necessary.
What Makes You A Great Fit
- Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree with emphasis in advertising/marketing and/or communications.
- Experience: Preferably 6+ years of agency or client-related pharma experience, demonstrating comprehensive understanding of advertising, marketing, media, creative, production, and research.
- Project Management Skills: Experience with key milestones in a product’s lifecycle (e.g., label changes, campaign launches). Proficiency in managing jobs across multiple mediums, including digital and video.
- Leadership: Previous management experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience leading client meetings and building relationships.
- Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address complex project challenges.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Project Management tools (e.g., WMJ, Workfront, Slack, Excel) and client-facing tools such as VEEVA.

Compensation Range: 90k - 115k. The starting salary offer will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. The company reserves the right to adjust this pay range at any time.
