Now, we are on an unstoppable mission for a People Experience Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for a person who strongly desires to learn more about various HR processes in a contemporary, fast-paced environment. As a member of the People Experience team, you will provide support in the development and delivery of core HR services. Although administration is a large part of your day-to-day role, you will also gain experience in onboarding, HRIS updates, employee recognition, policies and procedures, and talent acquisition.

What You'll Do
- Support HRIS processes: Handle employee data changes, ad hoc reporting, data validation, and system testing.
- Create Management Reports: Generate EEO1, debarred listing, quarterly turnover, and monthly salary reports, suggesting improvements as needed.
- Coordinate New Hire Onboarding: Manage onboarding documentation, I9 verification, schedule orientation presentations, assign new hire buddies, and respond to inquiries.
- Support Talent Acquisition: Assist with full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, preparing and sending offer letters, and executing related administrative tasks.
- Internship Program: Provide dedicated support for the Summer Internship Program, from candidate outreach and selection to onboarding and program coordination.
- Manage Employee Recognition Program: Maintain all levels of program awards, including recognizing individuals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Coordinate Monthly In-Office Events: Work with Facilities and Admin Assistants to coordinate engaging in-office events for employees.
- Send Company Announcements: Communicate birthdays, anniversaries, the monthly PX newsletter, and HR initiatives agency wide.
- Administer Learning Management System: Manage LMS for new hire onboarding, add new courses, and manage LIL licenses.
- Audit HR Intranet Pages: Ensure accuracy and compliance of HR intranet content.
- Maintain Documentation: Ensure compliance with legal and corporate records.
- Document and Improve HR Processes: Automate and streamline HR processes, creating and updating procedural documentation as necessary.
- Support HR Projects: Assist with various HR initiatives as needed, providing confidential administrative support for any sensitive projects.

Compensation Range: $48,000 - $60,000. The starting salary offer will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. The company reserves the right to adjust this pay range at any time.
